    (ANI)

Washington, May 14 : Current 007 Daniel Craig is hoping that Amy Winehouse will be the one chosen to sing the theme song for the new Bond flick.

The actor confesses that he is a "huge fans" of his fellow Brit, and thinks that it would be "amazing" if the troubled singer could sing the theme.

"I mean it would be amazing if she could - she's got an amazing voice and it think it would lend itself beautifully to this but we'll see," Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.

Winehouse was recording the song with her close pal and super producer Mark Ronson.

However, Ronson dropped the idea following her erratic behaviour. He insisted at the time that the singer was not "ready" to work on music.
