McGill brings change theme with new NAACP leadership

On Nov. 17, the Fort Wayne Chapter of the NAACP elected its new leaders.

For president, it was the Rev. Bill McGill. For the officers, it was a “change slate” of candidates, showing the change theme as the winning one nationally and locally.
